The Winter Festival brings together the richness of local ingredients — such as traditional Blumenau sausage.
Our winter menu features classics such as chicken soup, capeletti in broth, cream of palm heart soup, and the signature mandioquinha soup with Blumenau sausage.
For lovers of creamy flavors, we serve Cabotiá pumpkin with ginger, mushroom, spinach and ricotta, cauliflower and Parmesan, pea with mint and bacon, and sweet potato soups.
The festival is rounded out with traditional Minestrone Soup, Brazilian cornmeal porridge with pork ribs, and pumpkin soup with dried beef.
To make your experience even better, the buffet offers an impeccable selection of accompaniments: artisan breads (focaccia, baguette, Italian bread, grissini, and toast), crispy bacon, croutons, and finishing touches such as shaved or grated Parmesan, extra-virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs.
